His expertise includes strong project management and governance for large complex programs, vendor management, contract management, technical leadership focused on Java, performance engineering, and working with offshore teams in India and the Philippines.

Recently, Sundeep led the Distribution Automation implementation for a major utility that significantly improved operational capabilities and improved customer satisfaction.
