He has held intersecting roles as business and technical architect leading, participating, and overseeing full life cycle activities from planning through to deployment at regulated and deregulated gas, electric, and multiple-service commodity utilities. Sagren’s expertise spans large scale billing transformation projects, technical discovery, as well as over 16 years of experience working in various roles on AMI implementations.
