business-focused project manager, Michael’s career has focused on consulting, products, and services for the utilities industry. His roots in software development provide deep technical and analytical skills, combined with a strong business acumen. Michael has developed functional expertise in Customer Care, Billing, Gas Transportation and Pipeline Management, Demand Management, and Work & Asset Management.

He greatly enjoys the challenges of system implementation and change integration, and is passionate about improving his clients’ efficiency and effectiveness while benefiting the public with greater safety and sustainability. Michael recently led and successfully deployed EAM, pipeline compliance, and Risk analysis systems for the integrity management department of a major utility, mostly utilizing agile processes for development and delivery.
