tilligent’s initial role was to lead and support a Southwest Gas Utility’s projects within the OASIS Program and the utility’s activities on the project being led by their system integrator.

In the final phase of the program, Utilligent replaced the incumbent system integrator, co-leading teams with the utility’s leaders, and implementing an Agile model that removed hierarchy, enabled the teams, and successfully completed and deployed the OASIS solution across the Natural Gas Business Unit (NGBU).
